What is ZAVIOR?
ZAVIOR is a digital platform for lifestyle and wellbeing experts, to provide paid 1:1 consultations to customers wishing to gain personalised and bespoke advice to their everyday lifestyle related queries.
What categories do you cover?
Our aim is to be the #1 destination for impartial advice across a range of categories within Lifestyle and Wellbeing. Initially we are focusing on Fashion; Beauty & Grooming; Fitness, Wellbeing & Nutrition; Home & Garden.
How is the service delivered?
Following payment, the customer will submit their question to the Expert through WhatsApp. The question is automatically and securely routed through to the Expert. Experts will respond directly to the customer using our customer service app, utilising identical capabilities of WhatsApp (incl. text, photos, voice notes & video).
Who decides the costs?
Each Expert has the ability to determine their own cost rate. This gives the Expert control over volumes of questions and revenue generation (i.e. lower cost / higher volume vs higher cost / lower volume). The rate can be amended at anytime.
What is the expected response time?
Similar to the cost, each Expert has the ability to determine their expected response time (i.e ranging from 24hrs to 7 days). A future feature may allow customers to pay a premium amount for a faster response.
What happens if an expert is unavailable for a period of time?
Like an online retail store, we are able to temporally suspend an Experts ability to accept questions and automatically notify customers when an Expert is back online.
What if a customer has more than one question?
In instances where customers ask multiple questions, the Expert will respond to the first question. However, we understand that a question may contain several components. In these instances it will be at the discretion of the Expert to respond accordingly. Future options may provide ability to insert a payment link into the chat to allow customers to ask additional questions as part of the same engagement.
What’s included on an Experts bio page?
Each Expert has the option to include several photos or video introducing themselves - alongside a short description outlining their professional experience, areas of interest and specialism. Also, links to their social media profiles and website.

How do you plan to market the service?
Our marketing strategy aims to target our identified audience with a combination of content marketing, social campaigns, SEO and email marketing. Attracting individuals with busy and demanding lifestyles that are short of time and looking for some support with their everyday lifestyle queries. While being conscious of the environmental impact of modern society and are looking for a way to connect with real experts that recognise and consider their uniqueness and individuality - rather than be bombarded with advertising and generic recommendations.
