What is Zavior?
Zavior is a digital service that connects customers with subject matter experts - to answer lifestyle & wellbeing related questions, in a relevant, personalised and timely way.
We are providing access to a community of lifestyle experts to an audience looking to gain information and knowledge from the people in the know. Delivered through a seamless digital platform for a convenient, efficient and personal customer experience.
How does it work?
Through the Zavior website customers are able to search through our community of experts, using various search and filter options. In order to identify a subject matter expert that has the experience, interests and personal style that is most suitable to them.
Customers can then submit their question direct to the expert through the platform in the form of a written question. With the added option of sending photos, video or even a voice note recording (via our Zavior WhatsApp channel) for added context and personalisation.
How do I choose an expert?
We have collated some of the best experts within the lifestyle category. Our experts have been verified as professionals, typically with academic qualifications within their field - detailed on each expert’s biographies. Offering honest and impartial advice, free from marketing influence.
How many questions can I ask?
The service allows you to ask one question per submitted request. In instances where customers ask multiple questions, the expert will only respond to the first question. However, we understand that your question may contain several components. In these instances it will be at the discretion of the expert to respond accordingly.

How long will I have to wait for an answer?
Each expert provides an expected response time on their profile page. In general, we advise customers they can expect an answer within 24 hours.
How will I receive an answer?
You can select your preferred communication method in your question submission. Experts will do their best to meet this preference.
What if I'm not happy with the response?
We are confident in our experts’ ability to provide super relevant answers that you’ll be delighted with! We encourage customers to provide as much information and context as possible to help with this process. If you’re still unhappy with the quality of your response, customers have the ability to raise this through our Customer Service.
What if I have a follow up question?
In situations where customers require clarification on an experts’ response, this can be raised by responding to the ‘Expert Answer’ email/message. Any other questions will need to be submitted as a new request.
